Valentines day dinner
Tomato, mozzarella, arugula, and garlic balsamic vinaigrette
Bucatini with spinach, caramelized onions, shaved carrots, and asiago cheese
Tilapia with cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, spinach and a lemon brown butter
We were considering going out for dinner to try a new place and have a relaxing time. However, we decided that for much less money and way better food, we would stay home and cook a simple, rustic meal. And when you think about it, you probably shouldn't go out to dinner on holidays because I guarantee you that most of the people working there don't want to be there.

Polenta pesto sandwich
In addition to the panelle sandwich, from our food cart we are going to be offering crispy polenta sandwiches. The polenta will serve as the bread. This is a great option for those who are gluten free.
This particular one is made with a spinach and almond pesto.
