Both the panelle and polenta sandwiches taste amazing with a free range fried egg. Since we'll be at farmer's markets early in the morning, what better way to start the day than a delicious sandwich with an egg?
Our first day at the State of Maine cheese company farmer's market. What a great spot and turn out! We will be here every Saturday from 9am until around 2 or 3.

Our menu will change according to availability of local produce. Once the season begins, we will be featuring certain produce and cheeses from the farmers at the local farmer's markets.
We finally made it! Here is our setup at McKean and Charles wine parking lot. Handmade sign, lots of traffic and fingers crossed that people will stop, try, and love the panelle sandwich.
After a long winter of much work and planning, we are debuting our Italian street food cart on the first day of spring. The farmer's markets don't start until May, but we wanted to get an early start since it's so beautiful outside.
