The whole reason we decided to move to the Hudson Valley, out of noisy NYC was to start living a little more off the grid. First step was to get a piece of land and start growing our own vegetables and herbs. Second was to make our cooking so delicious that everyone would want to eat something so tasty and creative. Third is to start our own catering company.
Step one is now complete and we have vegetables growing thanks to John Paul Sliva and Joe Baldwin of Red Hook Community Gardens. They took us in, gave us land, and helped us understand how to truly appreciate the benefits that a garden can bring to a community.
