Today

Breakfast: Spinach, beet, onion omelet with roasted potatoes and cheddar

Our first watermelon from the farm!

Snack: Fresh ugly heirloom tomatoes with basil, red onion and parmigiano reggiano. Extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  

Lunch: Tomato panelle sandwich with parmigiano reggiano and an arugula salad

Dinner: Panelle sandwich with cauliflower puree, pickled red onions, arugula and parmigiano reggiano
