Gnocchi, baby carrots, and salad with parmesan crisps

Arugula, tomatoes, cucumbers, chickpeas, walnuts with Parmesan crisps

Baby carrots that we grew on our farm! Roasted with garlic and glazed with a spicy corn honey butter

Yukon gold potato gnocchi with roasted eggplant, squash, and hot peppers. Finished with olive oil and parmesan
